In our private and small group classes you can expect to use kettle bells, dumb bells, medicine balls, battle ropes or exercises bands. We strive to bring variety and excitement. Exercises that get your heart pumping like kickboxing, plyometric jumps, lunges and good old fashioned squats are regulars.
