"I trained with Rashid for a full summer 5 days of the week; three times hitting the weights and two times sprinting and conditioning. My weight went from 177-196, my 40 time went from a 4.6 to a 4.3 and my strength in the gym was at the highest it had ever been…maxing 300 in bench and doing reps in the 400’s in squat. He turned me into a machine and a better all around athlete. Rashid Gayle is not only the best I have ever been with but also my friend and if you work hard and give him your all, he will allow you to become the athlete you thought you were... but just couldn’t push yourself to become."
