MARK VOSS:
Director of Player Development

At an early age, Coach James Busby was a dominating force in football, baseball, basketball, and track. Before he was even 5yrs old he demonstrated a passion for sports and competition.
Of course like many athletes he has had to cope with disappointment. Disappointment in the form of a nagging knee injury, leading to 3 surgeries and intense knee pain for over 5 years. However this injury actually ignited his desire to learn everything he could pertaining to Human Anatomy and Physiology. He studied Exercise Psychology, Sports Nutrition, Biomechanics, Flexibility, Motivation techniques, Breathing techniques and Goal setting. He began designing his own workouts from a fusion of training methods he learned from baseball, basketball, football, gymnastics, cheerleading, hockey, soccer, boxing, muay-thai, karate, UFC fighting, TRX training, prison training, yoga, pilates, zumba, and dance programs.
James has constantly strived to encourage others to fight for their dreams. He changed his major to Exercise Science at Gainesville State College so he could help athletes be more successful. Though warned by doctors to give up sports, he was able to overcome the constant pain with faith, love and unyielding perseverance. Of all the coaches that crossed his path Rashid Gayle and Mark Voss are the only two coaches that never stopped believing in him in spite of his injury.
