DETAILS: This Program features three 90 minute sessions per week. Combing two days of Sand Training and 1 day of Field Training. Each session will have elements of Core development, plyometrics, agility, speed, quickness and power.

OVERVIEW:
Fast paced athletic skill development training in sand. Players learn to sprint, explode, change direction, foot fire, stretch and warm up properly.
This program offers 2 sessions of speed development with All participants competing furiously to attain their highest level of coordination.
GROUP Time: 9:30 - 10:45

OVERVIEW:
These sessions are seriously hard core and physical. No Baby Sitting! For athletes that are highly coordinated and tough. Don't necessarily need to be a high school stud or college bound beast...but when you show up your going to have to compete like one!
